Payment

Payment is always made after your order. Once you have chosen your products, you can pay for your shopping cart. Payment is quick, easy and secure via:

No fees are charged for any payment method.

All prices on De Hartjesdief are incl. VAT. If you would like to receive an invoice, send us your billing details (name, address, VAT number) after your order and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

Dispatch

From 70 euros we use free shipping for Belgium and the Netherlands. Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs:

Once we have received your order, it will be packed almost immediately and shipped as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirming your order. Once sent you will receive a second email to keep you informed.

Shipping is done via Bpost. You can choose whether you have your shipment delivered at home or have it delivered to a collection point in your area. In exceptional situations, the shipment will be made via Post.nl or DPD.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. With a track and trace code you will be kept informed of where your package is located.

Local Delivery

We try to make extra efforts to buy locally. That is why we offer free delivery in Malle and the surrounding municipalities, more specifically: Oostmalle, Westmalle, Zoersel-Dorp, Halle-Zoersel, Sint-Antonius and Rijkevorsel. When entering the municipality and postal code of delivery, the shipping costs will automatically expire. Please add a telephone number and possibly a delivery note to your order. This is to facilitate delivery and to meet customer requirements. We try to deliver within one working day. If you have any questions, you can always contact us via info@dehartjesdief.be. The delivery time of Local Delivery is 2 working days. Unless otherwise communicated. However, we strive to deliver within 24 hours.

If you are not completely satisfied with your articles, let us know at info@dehartjesdief.be.

Pack the item well and hand it in at your post office or nearest postal point. Once we have received the returned items in their original, unused condition and original packaging, we will send you the replacement item or provide a refund if you cancel a purchase.

The risk of returning the product as well as the cost of returning it and the initial shipping costs are borne solely by the buyer.

You can return items up to 14 days after you ordered them.
