Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your items, please let us know at info@dehartjesdief.be.

You can return the items to the following address:

Pack the item securely and drop it off at your local post office or nearest post point. Once we receive the returned items in their original, unused condition and original packaging, we will send you the replacement item or provide a refund if you decide to cancel the purchase.

The risk of returning the product as well as the cost of return shipping and initial shipping cost are solely borne by the buyer.

You can return items up to 14 days after you have ordered them.
