Shipping

From 79 euros, we offer free shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands. Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs:

Once we receive your order, it will be packed almost immediately and shipped as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirming your order. Once shipped, you will receive a second email to keep you informed.

Shipping is done via Bpost. You can choose to have your shipment delivered to your home or to a pickup point in your area. In exceptional situations, shipping may be done via Post.nl or DPD.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent out on Monday. You will be kept informed of your package's whereabouts with a tracking code.

Local Delivery

We strive to focus on local purchasing. Therefore, we offer free delivery in Malle and the surrounding municipalities, specifically: Oostmalle, Westmalle, Zoersel-Dorp, Halle-Zoersel, Sint-Antonius, and Rijkevorsel. When entering the delivery municipality and postcode, the shipping costs will automatically be waived. Please add a phone number and any delivery notes to your order. This is to facilitate delivery and meet the customer's wishes. We aim to deliver within one business day. For any questions, you can always contact us at info@dehartjesdief.be. The delivery time for Local Delivery is two business days. Unless communicated otherwise. However, we strive to deliver within 24 hours.
