Diverse and inclusive

Inclusivity and diversity are often said in the same breath, but they do not mean exactly the same thing. Striving for diversity means that people with any religious or non-Dutch language background, level of education, origin, sexual orientation, gender and possibly with a mental or physical disability are welcome.

Inclusivity goes a little further. It means that people with all kinds of characteristics, preferences and backgrounds are welcome, and that we do everything we can to involve them in what we do in society.
