Payment

Payment is always made after placing your order. Once you have chosen your products, you can checkout your shopping cart. Payment is quick, easy and secure via:

No fees are charged for any payment method.

All prices on De Hartjesdief include VAT. If you would like to receive an invoice, please send us your billing information (name, address, VAT number) after placing your order and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

Shipping

We offer free shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands for orders over €79. Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs:

Once we receive your order, it will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible. You will receive an email confirming your order. A second email will be sent once it has been shipped to keep you updated.

Shipping is done via Bpost. You can choose to have your shipment delivered to your home or to a collection point in your neighborhood. In exceptional situations, shipping is done via Post.nl or DPD.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. You will receive a tracking code to keep you informed of your package's location.

Local Delivery

We are committed to supporting local businesses. Therefore, we offer free delivery in Malle and the surrounding municipalities, specifically: Oostmalle, Westmalle, Zoersel-Dorp, Halle-Zoersel, Sint-Antonius, and Rijkevorsel. The shipping costs will be automatically waived when you enter the delivery address and postcode. Please add a phone number and any delivery notes to your order. This will facilitate delivery and meet customer needs. We aim to deliver within one business day. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@dehartjesdief.be. The delivery time for Local Delivery is 2 business days, unless otherwise communicated. However, we strive to deliver within 24 hours.

If you are not completely satisfied with your items, please let us know at info@dehartjesdief.be.

Pack the item securely and return it to your local post office or nearest post point. Once we have received the returned items in their original, unused condition and original packaging, we will send you the replacement item or arrange a refund if you wish to cancel your purchase.

The risk of returning the product, as well as the cost of returning it and the initial shipping cost, are borne solely by the buyer.

You can return items up to 14 days after you ordered them.
