If you place your order before 12 noon on a working day, it will be shipped the same day. Parcels ordered during the weekend will be mailed on Monday. You can closely follow where your package is via the track and trace.

No, the return costs are normally borne by the customer, unless return is the result of an error during the packing process and is therefore borne by De Hartjesdief.

As soon as the package has been received by us, the refund will be arranged. The amount will be returned to your account within 14 days.
